Shipment Protection Plus is a value-added service that we provide for our customers. Shippers can select Shipment Protection Plus when initiating a new delivery order; insurance service charges are levied according to the current insurance rate, excluding freight charges. In the result of damage or loss of goods caused by SF Express logistics, the amount of compensation is based on the declared value and loss ratio determined by SF Express representatives.
SF Express advises all shippers to purchase 3rd party insurance in order to secure full damage compensation in the event of unforeseen accidents and damage to shipments.
